thatbizlife.com is run by ThatBizLife, a division of OTC MVP LLC (“ThatBizLife”, “we”, “us”), based in Phoenix, Arizona, in the United States. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

What the site is for

The site describes our services and shares general information about websites, AI and technology for small businesses. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice for your situation, and reading it or emailing us does not make you a client.

Working with us

Every project starts with a written plan that sets out the work, timeline and price. Nothing starts until you approve it. That plan and any agreement we sign together govern the project, and if they conflict with these terms, they win.

Imagery and examples

Photographs and scenes on this site are generated brand imagery. Businesses shown in examples, such as Calder & Co., are illustrations, not clients, and any scores or figures shown with them are samples. They are not endorsements or promises of results.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, imagery, logo and code on this site belong to OTC MVP LLC or the people who license them to us. You are welcome to view, share links to and quote short parts of the site with credit. Please don’t copy, republish or sell its content or design, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

Using the site fairly

Please don’t:

• use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• try to break into, disrupt or overload the site or the systems behind it;
• upload or send malware, spam or anything harmful;
• pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read and index the public pages, as long as they don’t overload the site.

What you send us

When you email us, you confirm you have the right to share what you send. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Ideas or suggestions you send without a project agreement may be used without any obligation to you, though we will always keep your business details confidential.

Other websites

We link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. OTC MVP, the company ThatBizLife is part of, has its own terms at otcmvp.com.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, express or implied, including that it will be error-free or always online. Nothing on the site guarantees search rankings, traffic, sales or any other result.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, OTC MVP LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, that come from using or being unable to use this site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona. If you live outside the United States, this does not take away any protections the laws of your country give you that can’t be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date at the top, and using the site after that means you accept it. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
